Clear messages and controlled traffic movements can help road users travel safely through changing conditions. On Time Traffic Management provides variable message signs (VMS boards) and portable traffic lights (PTLs) for projects that need driver information or temporary traffic control.
VMS boards display messages to help drivers understand what is happening ahead, such as upcoming works, changed road conditions or event information. Portable traffic lights can manage alternating traffic movements where vehicles need to share a restricted section of road.
The equipment depends on your site, the road layout and the traffic management arrangements required. Tell us about your project, location and dates so we can discuss your needs and equipment availability.
Whether you need message boards, portable lights or both, we can help you consider how they fit into your planned operation. Contact our team to discuss suitable options, your intended timeframe and the next steps for arranging equipment.
